Bedminster Residential Communities
Wynnewood: One and two bedroom, one and two
level condominiums with or without loft, galley kitchen, built
between 1989 and 1990; floor plans similar to the Pinevale and
Mayfield sections – no garage, no basement; conveniently located
near the exit for Route 287.
Pinevale: One and two bedroom, one and two level condominiums
with or without loft, galley kitchen, built between 1985 and
1987; floor plans similar to the Wynnewood and Mayfield sections
– no garage, no basement; located off of Washington Valley Road
Mayfield: One and two bedroom, one and two level condominiums
with or without loft, galley kitchen, built between 1984 and
1985.
The floor plans similar to the Wynnewood and
Pinevale sections
- no garage, no basement; located behind the Hills Village
shopping center – well within walking distance.
Fieldstone: Similar to Wynnewood and Mayfield, but offering more
living space and featuring a three bedroom option. These units
were built between 1984 and 1987 and they offer a one car
garage. Located directly off of Hills Drive, not far from the
pool and tennis courts.
Crestmont: One and two bedroom condos, some with lofts, all
featuring garage, some with fireplaces. Built between 1986 and
1988, located off of Hills Drive.
Crestmont Highlands: One and two bedroom condos, some with
lofts, all featuring garage, some with fireplaces. Built between
1986 and 1988, located off of Allen Road on the Basking Ridge
border.
Signal Point: One and two bedroom condos, some with lofts, all
featuring garage, some with fireplaces. Built in 1987 and 1988,
located off of Allen Road on the Basking Ridge border.
Birchwood: Sitting between Long Meadow and Wynnewood, these
spacious units offer one bedroom with a loft or two bedrooms;
some feature eat-in kitchen, and one or two car garage. This
development was built between 1986 and 1989.
Long Meadow: This community features two and three bedroom
townhomes and duplexes. Some are ranch style end units for
single level living while others are three level homes with
finished walk-out basements. Unlike most of the other
developments, this one features deep back yards.
Wood Duck Pond: Condos and town houses each with two bedrooms
and either one or two bathrooms. Each unit features a one car
garage but no basement; built between 1989 and 1991.
A nice
feature of these units is that the stairs to the second floor
units are interior – opposed to most of the other lower priced
developments.
Four Oaks: The newest community in The Hills, these units were
built in 1995. They offer one and two bedroom units – with a few
three bedroom options sometimes available.
Some feature first
and second floor master bedrooms. Each model boasts a two car
garage. The community features it’s own recreation facilities.
Stone Run I and II: Two level town homes with two and three
bedrooms and 1 car garages. Stone run I was built between 1983
and 1985; Stone Run II was built between 1986 and 1987.
Some
models feature first floor master bedroom, sitting rooms and
dens. The largest model offers family room plus a den and two
fireplaces. Many have finished basements, some walk out.
Stone Edge: Like Edgewood, these town homes range in size from
two to three bedrooms with as many as three and a half baths
with basements and 1 or 2 car garages built between 1986 and
1988. Some units have walk-out basements; highlights may include
cathedral ceilings, skylights, lofts, wood floors, family rooms
and first and second floor master bedroom suites with separate
shower and soaking tub.
Edgewood: Like Stone Edge, these upscale town homes, nestled in
the woods, offer two and three bedrooms with basements and 1 or
2 car garages built between 1986 and 1988.
Highlights may
include enclosed patios and atriums, cathedral ceilings,
skylights, lofts, wood floors, family rooms and first and second
floor master bedroom suites with separate shower and soaking
tub./p>
Knoll Crest: These upscale units were built between 1983 and
1985. They offer the most square footage of the older
developments – two and three bedroom models with full basements,
many walk out and feature a third full bath. Situated at the top
of the hills, the views are wonderful!
Timberbrooke: Set off to the side of The Hills, just off of
Washington Valley Road across from Hills Drive, this community
features its own recreation amenities. Built by two different
builders, there are two distinct sections, the first units are a
little older but offer more square footage. Most of the units
were built by K. Hovnanian and are similar to the Hamilton
developments in Basking Ridge and Beacon Hill in Bridgewater,
NJ. Offering both two and three bedroom models each with two and
half baths (the older units offer three bathrooms), eat in
kitchens and a one car garage. Some models have a balcony off
the master bedroom. There are patios off the kitchens. This
community was built between 1992 and 1994.
